Golden Key Real Estate is looking for a full-time Field Representative to be our boots on the ground. This position offers flexibility as every day will be filled with new tasks. We rely on our Field Representative to attend inspections, appointments with the utility company, post notices, and much more.
Responsibilities:
-Attend move in move out inspections, city inspections.
-Attend utility appointments
-Change Locks
-Remove Furnace & Hot water tank
-Post Notices
-Attend evictions
-Photo/Video
-Prepare conditional Checklist
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask
-Basic software skills
- Phone with photo/video, email/text capacity
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
