A Field Outreach Manager markets, develops, and trains a team of people to provide safe and timely social assistance and health-related transportation needs to those who are under-served.

You will be responsible for recruiting and assist in training a team of Direct Outreach Workers (DOWs) to engage with community members and local organizations to raise awareness and connect them to the resources offered within their communities and by our company. You will be trained to provide these services, and aim to serve with kindness, empathy, and respect.
