Your Role as the Field Marketing Manager

As the Field Marketing Team Leader, your role is pivotal in shaping a high-performing team. Your key responsibilities involve recruiting, training, and motivating your team to excel in face-to-face interactions with potential customers. The ultimate objective is to drive lead generation and secure appointments with qualified homeowners. Your leadership and guidance will be instrumental in achieving these goals.

Requirements

What We Require:

To thrive in this role, we are looking for individuals who are outgoing and motivated to educate the public about energy efficiency and help homeowners take action. Quick learners who can think on their feet while managing a team of 7-12 people will excel in this position.

  • Minimum One Year of Relevant Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach is required. Management experience in these settings is a significant plus.
  • Recruitment and Hiring Experience: Experience in recruiting and hiring employees is highly valued.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort working with iPads and on computers is a must for efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Flexible Hours: You should be comfortable working evening hours to meet your goals.
  • Full-Time Commitment: Be ready for a full-time schedule, sometimes involving 50-hour weeks, as your dedication directly impacts your success.
