THE ROLE
The Field Marketing Manager's core function will be to be the bridge between Sales and Marketing. This role will communicate the Field Marketing plan to the field and in turn, disseminate the field's needs back to the marketing team. We are looking for a metrics-driven marketer with a focus on enabling the field to generate and close pipeline.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
Collaborate closely with the regional sales leaders to understand business objectives and develop regionally focused field programs and events.
Manage and orchestrate Sales, Channel and BDR Enablement in conjunction with the regional campaign managers.
Deliver against regionally set pipeline targets
Monitor target account data trends and intent indicators to develop targeted account penetration programs.
Execute global campaigns by targeting the ICP and strategic account lists driven by sales and marketing leadership to fill the funnel.
Track and manage effectiveness & impact of marketing spend on pipeline, using defined tools and resources in partnership with the Marketing Operations team.
Monitor progress and measure results of all key Field Marketing programs through regular pipeline inspection & deal tracking
Orchestrate regular pipeline review sessions with the Business Development and Sales teams.
Solicit regular feedback on status and success of marketing programs from BDRs, Sales and Product teams.
Develop and execute marketing plans to accelerate current open opportunities
Produce playbooks, call scripts, and outbound emails for Business Development and Sales team reps
Partner closely with Content and Product Marketing teams to integrate company and product specific messaging into Field Marketing plans geared towards the appropriate audiences
Communicate regularly to key internal stakeholders on program KPI's.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related subject
Marketing experience in a SaaS business
Excellent team player, able to work as part of a remote team.
Typically 5+ years of Field Marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to drive and execute successful integrated marketing programs
Experience building and executing Field Marketing programs across various platforms (i.e. email, in person-events, digital)
Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
Ability to clearly articulate and deliver on program goals, strategy and execution elements to multiple audiences
Proven ability to work with sales teams and multiple levels of management, while being highly responsive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
WHAT ELSE WOULD BE GREAT
Salesforce and Marketo experience is a plus
Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google calendar, docs, sheets, slides) preferred
Salary Range: $80,960 - $111,320
