Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with property owners setting appointments for PM Team
- Cultivate a robust lead pipeline and follow up via phone and/or email to set appointments
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and exceptional service
- Foster positive relationships within the team and the community
- Take initiative in setting your own schedule and planning daily activities, including pre-call planning, route mapping, and distributing marketing materials
