As a member of our team, you'll engage with property owners and schedule appointments for our Project Management Team.

Your Qualifications:

- Primary qualification: an outgoing, friendly, and positive demeanor

- Self-confidence, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset

- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for meeting new people

- Comfortable with technology, though expertise is not required

- Openness to training, feedback, and adapting your approach

- Availability to work varied schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends

- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record

- Access to a reliable vehicle

No prior sales experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive paid training to support your success and help you achieve your goals!

Your Responsibilities:

- Engage with property owners setting appointments for PM Team

- Cultivate a robust lead pipeline and follow up via phone and/or email to set appointments

- Prioritize customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and exceptional service

- Foster positive relationships within the team and the community

- Take initiative in setting your own schedule and planning daily activities, including pre-call planning, route mapping, and distributing marketing materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
