As a Digital Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Digital Account management team in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital marketing, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the implementation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, paid search, display advertising, SEO and ABM.
- Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular insights to account management team and reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our creative and content teams to develop engaging digital assets and ad copy that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Project Management: Coordinate tasks and deadlines across multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client expectations.
- Strategy Development: Contribute ideas and insights to client strategy sessions, leveraging market research and industry best practices to inform campaign planning.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA checks on campaign assets and materials to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with client specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years relevant work experience in digital marketing or account management is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar tools is a plus.

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $60,000-65,000/year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
