Roof Spec Inc. (RSI) is a 35+ year old company focusing on the evaluation, design, and quality assurance observation of the building enclosure. We have established ourselves as a leader in the industry throughout North America and are seeking an individual with an interest in performing quality assurance observation for roofing and building envelope projects. We have an excellent reputation for providing quality assurance observation during construction and rely heavily on word of mouth from our clientelle.

Qualified candidates will have a technical background and experience in roofing and/or general construction. Occassional travel will be required. Report writing using a laptop computer required, along with the ability to communicate effectively with owners and contractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Experience:

• Roofing/Construction: 5 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Saint Paul, MN 55113: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
