Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Provide construction site monitoring and documentation for contract compliance pertaining to wages, and proper worker labor classifications.
2. Conduct worker interviews to collect demographic and wage info for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Local Hire goals per negotiated contracts.
3. Communicate with local Unions to ensure that construction workers of all trades are properly registered and compensated.
4. Occasional assistance with policy review and analysis of information from construction jobsite.
5. Ability to work 8 hours daily Monday – Friday & additional occasional Saturday hours.

The job requires candidates to be walking for long periods of time on jobsites meeting with other workers and/or clients. This also includes being outside on construction sites during inclement weather (rain, snow, high, and low temperatures) within reason.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
· High School / GED Diploma
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Bonus if proficient in excel)
· Ability to travel between jobsites
· 1-2 years of customer service experience
· Technical Writing Skills
· Highly organized with a strong time management skill

· Experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
· OSHA 30 Certification (Preferred but not required)
