About the Position:

Conduct comprehensive and daily walkthroughs and inspections for all Mountainside locations and facilities. Collaborate with the Design, FFE, Maintenance, Grounds, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure Mountainside's spaces are up to standards at all times.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Your Role:

• Audit the look & feel and space utilization of all Mountainside facilities at the Canaan locations and evaluate the use and situation of space regarding Furniture, Cleanliness, Organization, Lighting, Signage, Decoration, Maintenance, and other related aspects.
• Conduct comprehensive and daily walkthroughs and inspections for conformance to look-books, guidelines, specifications, Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), and standards of care of all the Canaan locations.
• Quality Assurance for Canaan facilities and programs. Recurrent evaluation process updated reports and KPIs. Active, daily hands-on organization to keep the standards.
• Assist in Mountainside store operations; sales, inventory control, pricing and as directed by the FFE Manager.
• Collaborate frequently with the Design, FFE, Maintenance, Grounds, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure Mountainside's spaces are up to standards at all times.
• Assist in opening new programs/locations and ongoing supervision of all Mountainside locations in Canaan.
• Reposition furniture, art, decoration, and related objects when necessary, following established parameters.
• Assist in the development and deployment of location responsibilities to ensure the identified design and aesthetics parameters are consistently being maintained
• Assist in the design, development and deployment have a quality assurance scoring tool which will be used to monitor the locations adherence to the established design and aesthetic parameters across all locations
• Assist with admin-related tasks (i.e., purchase requests, etc.).

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
• Education/experience with visual merchandising or retail preferred
• Strong track record of providing exceptional customer service
• Valid Driver's License Required

Compensation:

The base rate of pay for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
