FedRAMP Product Manager - Remote in Raleigh

We are seeking an experienced FedRAMP Product Manager to implement, monitor, and manage all of FM:System's FedRAMP compliant products and solutions.

The chosen candidate for this role will work for FM:Systems. This position is opened to hiring an experienced remote worker based in Raleigh, NC.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the development and implementation, including budget and timeline, of our FedRAMP-compliant products and solutions. 
  • Partner with engineering, security, and other support teams to ensure our products meet FedRAMP compliance requirements. 
  • Manage and monitor all FedRAMP compliance milestones, programs, processes, and corresponding documentation. 
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap for all FedRAMP-compliant solutions. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define product specifications. 
  • Implement cross-functional policies, processes, and procedures to meet planned objectives. 
  • Provide support and guidance to our sales and customer success teams to ensure successful adoption of all FedRAMP-compliant solutions. 
  • Communicate both product and project updates and changes to internal stakeholders. 
  • Engage with third-party assessment organizations to conduct gap assessments and lead all evidence collection required by the 3PAO. 
  • Manage third party assessors and auditors through control selection and assessments. 
  • Lead and manage all FedRAMP-related security and risk remediation efforts. 
  • Cultivate strong relationships across the organization to aid in achieving consensus, setting expectations, elevating risk and vulnerability awareness, and prioritization of continuous process improvement. 
  • Create and manage tasks/activities using JIRA as a primary project and work tracking tool. 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the public sector compliance team. 
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends to inform product development. 

The successful candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:

  • US citizenship and US residence are required (sponsorship and non-US remote options are unavailable). 
  • Bachelor's degree in security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 
  • 5+ years of experience in product management. 
  • 5+ years of experience within governance and compliance frameworks: FedRAMP, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, etc. 
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Security or relevant Compliance roles within the tech industry, preferably SaaS. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and results-oriented mindset. 
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers. 
  • Ability to flex between tactical and strategic efforts within a dynamic and ambiguous environment. 
  • Proven track record of effectively working with geographically distributed teams. 
  • Direct, recent experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) 
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
