- Assists in the administration and tracking related activities of day-to-day Federal Contract Department's programs, policies, trainings, and procedures.
- Assists managers and employees on basic execution of Federal Contract Department's program guidelines, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinates, tracks, and reports information from Contract Operating System (and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)) for recurring status meetings.
- Assists in the preparation, formatting and maintenance of program data and documents using common computer applications (i.e., Microsoft Office) and tracks information for business opportunities, insurance, licensing, training, SAM.Gov, CUI and other Federal Contract required data.
- Oversees assigned programs and participates in other Federal Contract Department project teams to improve processes, reduce manual work and increase efficiencies.
- Performs other duties as required.
