Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead our seafood-focused establishment. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a strong background in restaurant management. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the seafood restaurant, ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience.
- Lead and mentor a team of enthusiastic staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Uphold and enforce company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize financial performance.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism, resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Assistant General Manager in the restaurant industry, with a focus on seafood preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with financial aspects of restaurant management, including budgeting and profit and loss statements.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20-$21/hr + TIPS. On average team members earn an additional $20/hr in tips! THAT'S $40+/ Hour

Job Requirements
- Minimum Two years of RESTAURANT MANAGER experience (QSR/Fast Casual Experience preferred!)
- Required food handler certification
- Ability to handle shellfish / tolerate exposure to shellfish allergen
