Fast-Casual Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee staff as a respected leader
- Ensure a high-quality of guest satisfaction
- Train staff ensuring success
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Create a positive work environment bringing energy to the job daily
- Ability to train and develop staff from management level to hourlies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the Fast-Casual or QSR Multi-Unit market
- The ability to lead and work with a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, stressful environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- The ability to think on your feet
- Ability to handle Franchise and Corporate Responsibilities
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a multi-unit director
- Sales responsibility of 20 Million per Year
- Full awareness of financials, including forecasting and budgeting
