Company Details:
- Bayfield Winery and Blue Ox Cider is a small family-owned winery and cidery in the fruit loop region of Bayfield.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the vineyard, including pruning, trellising, and canopy management.
- Participate in the harvest process, including picking grapes and apples and helping with fruit processing.
- Groundskeeping duties
- Operate and maintain winery equipment, such as presses, crushers, and fermentation tanks.
- Perform routine cellar tasks, such as racking, filtering, and blending wines and ciders.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cellar, equipment, and storage areas.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a vineyard or winery is preferred.
- Knowledge of vineyard and orchard practices
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy objects and working in varying weather conditions.
- Familiarity with winery equipment and basic cellar operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Will train the right candidate without prior experience
