Family Nurse Practitioner

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from children to older adults. Duties:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections

- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families

- Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment

- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of MS

- Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner

- Experience working with patients of all ages, from children to older adults

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively educate patients and their families on health-related topics

- Desire to engage in community based relations

- Ability to triage patients based on their medical needs

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records
