Position Summary:
Join a team where the Family Nurse Practitioner performs history and physical exams on patients admitted to Gulfport Behavioral Health System's inpatient program. Consults any medical issue related to individual patients or hospital policy and procedure. PRN opportunity available with extra on-call pay.
Experience: Preferably two or more years experience within a psychiatric setting. A minimum of two (2) years experience in working with in an inpatient setting is preferred.
Licensure: Licensed to practice in the State of Mississippi as a Family Nurse Practitioner or APRN with prescriptive authority from the Board of Medical Examiners required.
