We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our team. As a Family Law Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys with various tasks related to Family Law cases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for the legal field.

```Duties```

- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and affidavits

- Review and organize client files and documents

- Maintain document management systems and ensure all files are up to date

- Schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings for attorneys

- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner

- Prepare correspondence and other written materials

- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness files

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

```Requirements```

- Proven experience working as a Paralegal in Family Law or a related field

- Strong knowledge of Family Law procedures and regulations

- Proficiency in using document management systems and legal software

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Attention to detail and accuracy in document review and preparation

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of phone etiquette when interacting with clients and other parties involved in the case

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment

- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures and protocols

- Ability to assist attorneys in preparing for litigation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.56 - $26.10 per hour
