Cape Coral Divorce Attorneys is currently seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney to join our team of professionals in Cape Coral, FL.
Job Summary:
All facets of a Family Law Attorney: pleadings, motions, discovery, hearings, mediation, trials, etc..
Job Responsibilities:

• Manages cases by maintaining contact with people involved in the case; preparing for depositions; reviewing standard court documents.
• Case assessment and strategic planning while communicating with clients and documenting all time dedicated to case
• Performs legal research, drafts legal documents, and prepares court filings
• Education on recent court cases, laws, local rules and regulations
• Represent clients in Family Law court
• Review expenses and income of client and opposing client for use in settlement and/or trial
• Teamwork with assigned paralegal

Requirements:
Education and Experience:

• Must be a current Florida Bar Member in good standing.
