Factory Technician 1

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for final test, calibration, final inspection, receiving, shipping, packaging functions and internal inventory management at Blast Motion headquarters. These responsibilities would also include receiving, disposition and, if required, rework of any returned material. Responsible for all internal transactions within the company ERP system for all listed responsible activities. Responsibilities could also involve supervising and training other personnel in assisting in any packaging or re-packaging functions. Responsibilities will also involve performing other un-related warehouse activities to include manufacturing activities when deemed necessary.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform final test, calibration and final inspection
• Manage all internal receiving, disposition and rework of returned materials
• Manage and record all inventory transactions to include WIP, component and finish goods inventories within ERP system
• Perform all internal receiving and shipment functions at Blast headquarters
• Perform any internal packaging requirements of finished goods inventory
• Keep organized and maintain all internal component & finished goods inventory
• Perform any other warehouse type duties which may include manufacturing related activities

EDUCATIONAL / TRAINING / JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Mininum high school diploma or above
• Proficient with both Apple and PC computers and the Apple iPad
• Ability to learn and work in inventory management module within an ERP system as well as various internal testing computer applications
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate problems to management for rapid resolution

WORKING CONDITIONS AND REQUIRED PHYSICAL EFFORT:

• Normal warehouse working conditions
• Ability to lift and carry 35 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
