Factory Service Desk Agent - 2Nd Shift (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from factories and warehouses into the Factory Service Desk
• Make a first diagnosis and prioritization of incidents for resolution
• Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and recovery for hardware/software problems
• Escalate complex incidents to second or third level in accordance with escalation processes

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Windows OS knowledge required
• Basic understanding of LAN and wireless network technologies
• Basic IT security knowledge
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Must be able to work 2nd Shift: 4 pm to 1 am

Location: Onsite near Summerville, SC. This is a 2nd Shift role. The 2nd Shift will officially start in March 2024. You will be expected to train during the 1st shift until that time.
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
