Senti Bio is seeking a Facilities Intern to support our lab and warehouse activities. A successful applicant will be operationally minded, able to multi-task and organize multiple efforts, have strong people management skills, and be comfortable managing a biological research facility. This role is well suited for applicants with prior lab management experience with interest in gaining exposure to a fast-growing startup environment in synthetic biology and cellular therapeutics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform with prolonged periods standing and walking throughout facilities
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

- The hourly range for this role is $20-$25 per hour.
