Are you ready to build your career by joining an international fire, HVAC and security equipment company? If so, our client is hiring a Facility Project Manager!
What You’ll Do:

• Craft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.
• Understanding the contract terms and conditions and customer expectations at a detailed level and taking ownership for outcomes.
• Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties.
• Manage contract disputes.
• Reviewing and proactively establishing required procedures and training personnel to consistently meet and exceed the performance expectations of the Customer in the most safe and cost-effective manner.
• Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
• Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
• Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
• Monitor contracts and submit relief, compensation, and or extension requests.
• Working closely with the Customer to ensure alignment with contract requirements and operational policies.
• Preparation and submission of all applicable Governmental Approvals required under any applicable Laws; and preparation and submission of operational reports that may be required under the terms of the Agreement.

What You Bring:

• Proven organizational skills.
• Ability to assess the current state of any given project, as well as map out future implications that could arise from the initial assessment.
• Excellent communication and relay findings in a clear and concise manner.
