Reports to: Program Management Analyst

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary: Aldevra LLC is currently seeking a Facility Operations Specialist to provide services at the Office of Integrated Veteran Care (IVC) in Denver, CO. The Facility Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the assigned facilities program, strategic planning, and hands-on operational oversight, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering aspects of facility management. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee the assigned facilities program, including strategic planning for short and long-term goals.
- Develop and manage the budget, procure necessary supplies, materials, and services.
- Identify requirements and priorities, ensuring efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Act as the primary contact for all issues related to the facilities program.
- Maintain frequent communication with various sectors of the IVC community.
- Write and revise standard operating procedures.
- Prepare technical reports, program requirements, and budget justifications.
- Record and report inventory, including ergonomic supplies, ensuring accurate accounting and minimal fraud or waste.
- Assist with the Facilities Maintenance Program, enforcing safety and security policies.
- Contribute to maintenance, repair, and alteration projects, ensuring compliance with IVC plans and budgets.
- Assist with the design, selection, and management of designers and construction contractors for Facility Projects.
- Coordinate and lead meetings with various stakeholders to meet government needs economically.
- Analyze facility assessment results to develop strategies and plans for engineering, maintenance, and repair.
- Recommend actions to enhance facility effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide guidance to architects, engineers, planners, and maintenance personnel.
- Control the movements of un-cleared personnel and maintain security of sensitive information.
- Manage, coordinate, and store supplies and equipment.
- Analyze usage data and develop storage plans for efficient operation.
- Control the flow of supplies and equipment, ensuring proper disposal and maintenance.
- Serve as an alternate contact for the Ergonomic Program, coordinating evaluations and implementing recommendations.
- Address ergonomic discomforts and maintain a stock of ergonomic supplies.
- Schedule and maintain files for ergonomic cases, ensuring the protection of personal information.
- Coordinate repair and upkeep work with vendors.
- Obtain quotes and oversee work performed outside normal business hours.
- Escort vendors during installation or repair processes to protect personal data.
- Adjust work schedule as needed to support IVC requirements.
- Ensure quick response to Work Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSD) reports and facilitate necessary adjustments or training.
This position requires passing an extensive background check.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- Shall possess a Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of, have 10 years of related experience or PMP certification.
- Possess 5 years of experience as a Facilities Operation Specialist.
- Required to have a working knowledge of Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) software and will perform duties required to manipulate drawings and space plans
- Must have a basic knowledge of supply systems, warehousing methods, procedures, underlying management concepts and techniques used to control the level and flow of supplies.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of all receiving procedures from loading dock to final disposition and ability to safeguard, ensure proper notation and documentation is proved with receipts.
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent and accurate written communication
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced skills Microsoft office products required
- Required to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Project and other design programs
- Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry

- Able to multi-task efficiently and accurately, focusing on quality
