Facility Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our buildings, equipment, and systems. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems
- Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and renovations
- Manage the budget for facility maintenance and repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require attention or improvement
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Train and supervise facility staff, including maintenance technicians and custodial personnel
- Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices
- Familiarity with building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Experience with logic controllers and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems is a plus
