Facility Manager

```Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our buildings and equipment. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Duties: - Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities and equipment - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner - Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and maintenance services - Oversee the operation of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building systems - Manage the preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facilities meet operational needs - Manage facility improvement projects from planning to completion, including budgeting and resource allocation - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Requirements: - Proven experience in facilities management or a related field - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of industrial maintenance practices - Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively - Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed - Fluency in English, both written and verbal - Knowledge of HVAC systems, low voltage systems, and building codes - Experience in project management is preferred If you are a highly organized individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for maintaining efficient facilities, we encourage you to apply for this position.
