Facility Laborer - Exterior Labor

Job Description:

• Performs tasks which require mainly physical abilities and effort involving little or no specialized skills.
• Responsible for general maintenance and minor repair tasks on Electrical systems.
• Check, repair, replace, clean floors, walls and ceilings and maintain shop.
• Levels grounds using shovels tamper and rakes.
• Mowing, trimming, edging and other landscaping duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:

• Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in electrical preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
