In this high impact position, the Senior Director FM Strategy will craft the FM transformation program, directing and ensuring the effective execution of all associated workstreams. This pivotal role involves direct accountability for the delivery of circa $27 - 43m in total cumulative benefits over 5 years. The role demands a multi-faceted allocation of time and resources adapting to different phases of the program. In addition to influencing across the internal FM organisation, business and service partner framework. With global reach spanning EMEA, APAC and the Americas’ regions this position requires a seasoned hands-on professional, proficient in steering innovative and bold programs. The successful candidate will deliver innovative solutions along with quantitative and qualitative business value and will own execution and proficiently act as the champion in these outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape the program value case demonstrating fiscal responsibility with respect to investment, defined services’ scope, and performance related outcomes.
Influence the ‘Go to Market’ activities, demonstrating strategic partner expertise and innovation to shape a revised global model along with robust performance indicators and contract commercials.
Build a Target Operating model that encompasses a revised scope of services, drives process and governance simplification and leverages data and technology to drive service delivery excellence and an improved workplace/employee experience.
Building on own networks to drive voice of the customer and employee experience assessments and ensure outcomes are effectively incorporated into service specifications and performance framework.
Define and implement the operational readiness platform and deployment strategy. Leading change & communication management whilst ensuring no disruption and continuity of site services.
Ensure internal enabling partner engagement is in place in addition to management of interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
Collaborate at an executive level with Program Steer Co. and Business executive SPOCS’s to steer functional and customer engagement/alignment across critical phases of the program.
Other Duties:
Craft the organisational Change & Comm’s strategy, pulse change readiness across the FM organization and deliver outputs with support from the central Communication & Change platform.
Direction of the FM PMO activity including visibility across risk & issue management, workstream dependencies and tracking of quantitative/qualitative value realization.
Qualifications
Education:
- University/Bachelor's or equivalent degree is required.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Minimum 10 years of proven experience.
Business integration, Program & Organisational Change, Transformation Leadership.
People Management experience.
Preferred:
A minimum of a Master’s qualification is required.
Validated understanding of Microsoft Office suite
Industry Experience in Pharmaceutical/Medtech, Corporate Real Estate / Facilities Management

Supervisory Responsibilities for 6 FTE and Indirect Reports: 5 matrix resource
Internal networks with: Engineering & Property Services Global Org, Segment Leadership - Global & Regional, Enabling Functions – Global/Regional - Procurement, HR, Finance, GS, GHS, Global Services, Office of Sustainability. Employee Focus Groups.
External Key Working relationships with: FM Strategic partners, consulting partners.
