Job Description:
As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Your duties will include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and assisting with facility improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues
- Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing plumbing fixtures, and painting
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems
- Assist with facility improvement projects, including renovations and installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Facilities Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
