Our greatest asset has been and will continue to be our people. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Facilities Supervisorwithin our Real Estate & Facilities Department based in the Denver, Colorado.
Essential Job Duties:
The Facilities Supervisor ensures the safe, continuous, and consistent day-to-day functioning of the facilities services associated with the buildings contained within the assigned campus. The position assures that all facilities services are being performed in a safe, competent, and cost-effective manner. The position also evaluates the work quality of the staff and subordinates and ensures that high safety and operational standards are being followed and maintained.

- Supervise assigned facilities services employees.
- Prepare and monitor the annual budgets.
- Promotes a strong customer focus in the team, ensuring employee requests and issues are responded to promptly.
- Manage the distribution, usage and maintenance of pool vehicles, if applicable.
- Collaborate with other Facilities teams to ensure building inspections and preventative maintenance are performed.
- Coordinate office moves.
- Coordinate compliance with all safety standards and industry codes for the building.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- College Degree in a relevant field, OR High School Diploma/GED plus 5+ years knowledge and prior work experience in the commercial property management field.
- Computer skills: MS Office Suite and Internet.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to interact closely with all levels of the company including executive staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a confidential manner with all levels of management.
