FLSA STATUS: Non Exempt
- Maintains in operating condition the plumbing, electrical systems, cooling and heating systems in the assigned facility
- Completes all necessary general repairs to buildings
- Complies with warranty requirement on all service and equipment
- Promotes SQA standards, follows and promotes company policies and procedures
- Complies with and enforces all safety standards as required by OSHA regulations
- Provides preventative maintenance
- Cleans floors by mopping, waxing, vacuuming, dusts surfaces, empties trash cans, scrubs toilets and changes out linens
- Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, LICENSURE and CERTIFICATION
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year experience in facilities maintenance or house cleaning
- Knowledge of general commercial/public facilities maintenance
- Ability to understand and work with different cleaning products and tools
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing assigned duties
- Ability to articulate for giving, serve as an ambassador, engage in relationship building and promote philanthropy
- Travel between BGCAZ Branches, schools and community sites may be required at times
- Work is performed at Branch location
