WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE:
Your day will fly by as you problem solve through various smaller and larger challenges, make progress toward strategic plans and support the needs of the operation
- Stay in tune with Operations, Continuous Improvement and the General Manager to stay ahead of the growing facility needs
- Provide creative ideas and solutions for the ever changing challenges due to growth
- Efficiently monitor all systems, assure that maintenance is timely and be quick to react when serious issues arise
- Provide insight and value to leadership team and the overall strategic direction for the operation and to improve efficiencies
- Stay atuned and updated on codes and regulations and maintain compliance
- Create reports using meaningful metrics for both long and short term planning
- Hands-on - ability to work on core electronic, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and other systems as needed
- Mange budget, source and purchase materials and equipment
THE EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING TO ADD TO THE TEAM:
- 3+ years of facilities engineering or facilities management (manufacturing is strongly preferred)
- Associates degree or minimum of 5 years of facilities engineering or facilities management
- Self motivated, organized
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and specifications, blueprints and technical manuals
- Mechanical and electrical acumen
- Security and safety experience
- Proven ability to adapt to change
