Volt is immediately hiring for a Facilities Project Admin/Construction Schedulerin Everett, WA
Position Type: Full Time(Contract)
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Everett, WA
As a Facilities Project Admin/Construction Schedule, you will:
- Develop, maintain and communicate schedule.
- Understanding of the different phasing of a project and is able to develop preliminary schedules to support project planning and budgeting.
- Solicit schedules from all contractors and subs to develop accurate integrated schedules.
- Lead conversations with all internal and external stakeholders as it pertains to schedules and critical paths.
- Assist Project Managers with identifying risk, issues and opportunities as it pertains to scheduling.
- Willing to train PMs on how to use scheduling software and basic construction knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in construction management or have a minimum of 10 years + of construction scheduling experience.
- Strong understanding of resource management and cost loaded scheduling.
- Earn Value Management (EVM).
- Strong schedule recovery skillset.
- Software familiarity: MS projects and Primavera software
- Ability to demonstrate competence at the interview with real world examples
- Construction scheduling experience.
Pay Range: $60-$63 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
