The primary functions of this position are to support the sales teams in obtaining campaign materials through outreach efforts to current or new facility contacts, organizing materials for accuracy and ensuring successful onboarding of facilities. Key success metrics include submitting campaign materials within the allowed timeframe, coordinating onboarding calls, and assisting in daily business duties of the sales team. Individual may also undertake special projects as requested by the Directors of Sales. This role is remote and is 8am-5pm CST or EST with full equipment provided. We are offering a base salary for this role with full benefits, 2 week of PTO and 12 paid federal holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist Sales Reps in gathering campaign materials.
2. Organize materials to company standards.
3. Submit campaign materials within allowed timeframe.
4. Coordinate onboarding calls between the Sales Rep and facility staff.
5. Other duties and projects as assigned by sales directors.
6. Gathering face sheets, census and financial information.
7. Onboarding of new long term skilled nursing facilities.
EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proficiency with computers & knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Salesforce.com or CRM experience required (1-2 years).
- 1-3 years tenor between companies with a healthcare focus preferred, understanding uncontrollable circumstances.
- Excellent planning, organizational & time management skills and detail oriented.
- Leadership skills; upholds company values; personal and team accountability.

PHYSICAL EFFORT & WORKING CONDITIONS
Remote position with remote office and access to daily internet. Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
