Summary/objective
The role is to support the SWXC Warehouse/Facilities and Event teams. This requires someone who possesses the Immedia Core Values and is self-motivated with the ability to learn new skills on the fly.
Essential functions
· Perform facility maintenance (minor repairs and routine maintenance), along with cleaning of the facility outside of cleaning services.
o Remove trash, as needed during the day.
· Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
· Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and recommendations for future needs.
· Manage contract of cleaning company. Including but not limited to monthly assessment calls, quarterly business review, renewals, etc…
· Schedule and oversee quarterly glass cleaning (exterior and interior)
· Understand and operate all building control systems (i.e. Audio Visual, Lighting , HVAC, Irrigations, power, etc…
· Identify building issues and relate the issue and/or problem to the appropriate person
· Ability to operate maintenance tasking system (NS TASK)
· Help with any events request as needed, including morning and afternoon stocking of the 1st and 2nd floor refrigerators.
o Set up and tear down any tables, chairs or other equipment required for the event. Including but not limited to (Lounge, Executive Lounge, Lobby, Community Areas and Training Rooms)
o Storeroom cleanliness
· Receiving and shipping needs for the SWXC, including rack build and configuration products.
· Warehouse, rack build and configuration cleanliness and operation.
· Stocking refrigerators with appropriate waters, sodas and alcohol per the Standard Stocking documents. Once at 9am and once at 1pm
· Other duties, as required.

Work environment: Warehouse/Office
Hours: 7-4 Monday through Friday plus any event support after hours, as deemed necessary by Executive Director or CEO
Physical demands
- Proficiency with repair tools and techniques
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time.

Minimum Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months Warehouse experience
- 2 years Facilities maintenance experience
- Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote).
Preferred education and experience
· Two-year college degree and at least 3 years of related experience or equivalent
