The Facilities Manager ensures maximum operational success. Responsible for working with facilities personnel to ensure duties are completed safely, effectively and properly documented within OSHA and internal Hulcher standards. Develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of facility, personnel and processes. Manage / Respond to breakdowns, emergency calls and oversee time-critical repairs. Oversee and plan execution of audits, routine maintenance and improvement projects for facility and equipment. Assumes overall responsibility for facility management and daily operations.

Able to lead and direct all tasking related to clients contract and coordinate day-to-day operations as well as “big picture” items to ensure HRI is meeting the client expectations and budget
Handle all administrative requirements and meet all HRI obligations
Complete complex taskings related to the Fuel Program including preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairs of pumps, gauges, pipes and valves.
Completes tasks related to the JLL Facilities Maintenance contract as directed to include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction, asphalt, etc
Will perform a wide array of maintenance and construction duties, expected to have problem solving abilities and independent thought processes.
Expected to preform hard physical labor, move and unload, utilize hand and power tools, pressure washers
Work as a team and individually.
Able to coherently report findings to chain of command and follow instructions
Valid driver’s license required; operate pick-ups and small equipment
