We are seeking a Facilities Management Specialist to join our client in the Insurance Industry! As a Facilities Management Specialist, you will be overseeing the comprehensive administration and management of facilities, including immediate on-site needs, building maintenance, and infrastructure oversight, ensuring efficient operations and a conducive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- On-site Administration: Serve as a point person for facilities needs, managing supplies and equipment, coordinating ergonomics program, and facilities-related administrative tasks.
- Building Management: Direct maintenance and space planning for offices across the U.S., develop and implement operating procedures, and monitor property security.
- Building Infrastructure Oversight: Regularly perform safety inspections, coordinate safety activities, and perform disaster recovery testing.
- Financial Management: Set and stay within budget, provide operating cost reports, and handle invoices and bills.
- Facilities Coordination: Assist with the buildout of new offices, manage waste disposal and recycling services, and participate in environmental programs.
Key Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in Facilities Management
- Driver's License Required
- Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Broad knowledge of standard practices and procedures in general contracting, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Excellent organizational, communication, and adaptability skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
