Supervisory Supply Management Specialist

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Purchasing Branch, Public Works Business Line (PWBL), Resources and Assessment Division (PW1),Supply Branch of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising others on supply, purchasing, and acquisition laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; 2) Ensuring others properly abide by government purchase card laws, processes, and procedures, including the Prompt Pay Act; 3) Inspiring, guiding, and motivating others towards meeting an organization's supply goals; 4) Advising others on supply, purchasing, and acquisition laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; and 5) Track, allocate, order, inventory and execute all supply operatons for delivery.

You must have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree
OR

OR
have a combination of experience and graduate education as describe above that equates to one-year experience. Your percentage of the required education plus your percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
