Location: Sandstone Care Colorado Springs Facilities
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:00 pm | On call as needed for emergencies
- Occasional support may be needed at Denver facilities.

About the Role
As a Plant Operations Lead, you will create a safe and comfortable space for our clients and staff to recover and thrive. You will perform various tasks to keep our facilities in top condition, such as carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and landscaping. You will also respect and protect our clients' privacy and well-being, following strict protocols to secure any tools or materials that could harm them. You will be a positive example for our clients, showing them kindness and professionalism. You will join a team that is dedicated to helping people overcome substance use and co-occurring disorders, and you will grow with us.
Qualifications
- You are a skilled and experienced technician who can handle various tasks related to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- You are able to lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and can work independently with minimal supervision.
- You have excellent communication skills and can interact respectfully and professionally with your supervisor and the adolescent clients you may encounter.
- It's a plus if you are familiar with the Microsoft Office productivity suite and can use it to document your work.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail.
