Quality Service Company is looking for a hard working, reliable individual to manage internal Facilities Maintenance! Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 - 6:00 pm - Monday through Friday. Some overtime as needed.

Pay: $20.00 and up - Depending on Experience
Job Duties:
- Performs maintenance services using proper equipment and supplies, and follows procedures for safe use and operation.
- Able to perform basic facility repair tasks such as, door hardware, light fixtures, painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Verify general landscaping maintenance.
- Verify work performed by subcontractors.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months previous work experience
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
- Ability to work fast and efficiently
- Detail oriented and able to follow directions well
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to reach, kneel, walk, stand and use repetitive motions for several hours at a time
- Valid Driver's License Clean Driving Record
