Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $22 (depending on years of experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am - 3pm
Location: West Valley
Qualifications:
- High School or GED, preferred but not required.
- Demonstrate skills with maintenance work, such as:
- carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, electrical and vehicle diagnosing and
- repair, landscaping and painting.
- Coordinate and document individual maintenance and repairs utilizing the Maintenance Helpdesk ticket software.
- Close all tickets completed daily; plan and execute short and long-term projects.
- Communicate pertinent information to Facilities Manager and if needed to COO.
- Make immediate decisions regarding minor expenditures.
- Submit all receipts through website identified by agency in a timely manner.
- Monitor A New Leaf vehicles to include checklist, auto insurance, and repairs.
- Participate in on-call rotation; respond to on-call in timely fashion when scheduled.
- Responsible for general upkeep of assigned physical facility.
- Perform basic carpentry repairs and minor remodeling jobs.
- Must be able to obtain Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Current auto liability insurance
- Clean 39-month driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age
