A Day in the Life
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play an important part of the facilities team by assisting with maintenance needs, deliveries and pick-ups between our Distribution Centers. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.
The following schedule is available for this role:
1st shift: Monday-Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm)
Starting Pay Range:
Wage: $23 an hour

All About You
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- General Facility Maintenance knowledge (plumbing, flooring, racking, electrical, HVAC)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills with a familiarity of industrial hand tools and equipment
- Must be able to learn and successfully pass a certification to operate specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks, scissor lifts.
- Provide excellent customer service by exhibiting good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of personnel
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask and work independently with little guidance
- to meet company deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Has the ability to be flexible with hours and adapt to changing priorities
- Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)
- Participated in Safety related programs to bring awareness in the workplace
The Must Haves:
- Must have 3+ years of general facility maintenance experience
- Must have 6+ months forklift experience on a cherry picker
- Must have working knowledge for repairing of conveyors belt systems
- Must be able to train 1-2 weeks in So Cal
- Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
Things You Will be Doing
- Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks, scissor lifts.
- Organizing and setting up workstations within the warehouse aligned with health, safety and other applicable code regulations.
- Support building to ensure compliance with corporate, federal, state and local regulatory requirements (inspections, corrective action measures, etc.).
- Oversee all vendors who are contracted to work on NRI premises by receiving clearance letters, liability insurance and conduct minor orientations with contractor.
- Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
