We are seeking a Facility Coordinator to oversee the cleanliness and stock maintenance of our two Reno locations. As a Facility Coordinator, you will be responsible for spending two hours per day at each location, ensuring smooth operations and a clean and inviting environment for our employees and customers. If you are a proactive and organized individual with a keen eye for cleanliness and stock management, we invite you to join our team as a Facility Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and order stock of all paper products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facilities through light to moderate cleaning
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of coffee machines and other facility equipment
- Additional job duties may be assigned as they arise
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Drivers License required
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative in problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Have a positive and can-do attitude!
What You'll Get:
Flexible schedule: 2 hours at each location per day during open office hours (4 hours per day), totaling 20 hours per week.
Compensation: $15/Hour
