The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with the Facilities Manager(s) and Client Service Leader and internal teams to ensure proper support is provided, assist in supervising and inspecting all repair and maintenance programs/vendors, responding to and addressing facility-related issues/repairs. Additionally, the role will be responsible for special projects as assigned.
· Partner with our Facilities Front Desk and Facilities Manager(s) to ensure work orders are being reported, tracked, and addressed in an effective and timely manner.
· Work closely with our finance department to maintain operating financial support and reporting; to include the submission and oversight of all purchase orders for facility related vendors.
· Proactively identify and implement efficiency strategies across the operation.
· Conduct floor walks, enter work orders, and assists in managing repairs to ensure space is maintained to a best-in-class environment.
Basic Qualifications
· Degree in Facilities Management, Communications, Construction, or related field.
· 1+ year facility management experience.
· 1+ year project management experience.
· Demonstrated ability to prepare and present ideas to clients.
· Willingness to work overtime, and on weekends with short notice.

Salary Range: $45,000- $60,000
