Summary:
The Wraparound Facilitator position is full-time and will provide services in the North State (Sutter county), and will work out of our Yuba City facility. This position facilitates a family-centered, strength-based, culturally sensitive, needs-driven planning process for creating individualized services and supports for children, youth, and their families. The Facilitator assures access to natural, professional, and community-based options, activities, and opportunities. This position includes coordinating services, facilitation, and documentation along with all other functions and duties that are assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- You should possess a master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a BA degree in health or human services-related field from accredited college or university and at least two (2) years of experience with ED children, adolescents, and families.
- You should possess a valid State of California Driver License in good standing.
The estimated hourly base pay for Facilitator I: $20.00 to $24.00, Facilitator II: $21.00 to $25.00, Facilitator III: $22.00 to $26.00 ; additional individual compensation may be available. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefit program is available for qualifying position.
