Fabricator/Welder

PSR is an after market automotive suspension and 4x4 accessory company who strive to innovate and lead within the industry. Focusing heavily on the design and manufacture of 4x4 components and accessories.

PSR has an exciting opportunity for a Fabrication Welder.

Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to determine fabrication requirements
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal components
- Weld components together using various welding techniques such as stick welding
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any fabrication issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

- 1st or 2nd Class welder

- Must be able to present high quality exposed mig welds

- Light steel experience 2-12mm

- Polishing / metal finishing experience an advantage
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints

This position requires a skilled Fabricator/Welder who is able to work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical background, experience with sheet metal fabrication, and expertise in various welding techniques. They must also possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
