We are seeking a Full Time Sign Fabricator\Welder This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience of Sign Fabrication, and Welding. Must have Experience with Fabricating Sign Frames and Letters for at least 10,000 hours. See your fabricated and installed artwork displayed all over the United States. We offer monthly and yearly bonus, there is an in-house gym and we cater lunch every Friday for the entire team. We produce all types of impactful graphics from 3D objects to large building wraps, we employ welders, wood fabricators, and skilled Craftsman. Some call our digs a fantasy factory where anything can be built. We build many top local and national brands and looking to add to our award winning team. We have an Array of CNC Machines and one of the Worlds Largest 3D Printers.
The Day to Day
- Work in a Temperature controlled environment - all 35,000 sq ft Air Conditioned/Heated
- Fabricate Metal cabinets, structures, channel letters, bases, and other sign components from shop drawings
- Review Job orders, and diagrams to ensure accuracy of cutting of materials to create sign parts
- Plans, prepares and uses materials to be cut in a matter to keep waste to a minimum
- Cutting of materials consistent with Specifications of job order
- Operate Welding Equipment to weld sign parts together
- Sand, Grind, Clean cut materials
- Glue, Screw, Drill, or Rivets sign parts together
- Operate metal cutting equipment to cut materials accurately to job specifications
- Prep materials to be paint ready
The Must Haves:
- Aluminum Sign Frame Welding experience. 3000 hours min
- Sign Fabrication Experience, Working on projects individually from start to finish.
- Solid spatial relations: Ability to visualize 3D forms from 2D drawings
- Strong math skills (addition, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals
- Strong basic measuring skills.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to take direction.
- Willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail.
- Good organization skills.
- Ability to multitask in a schedule-driven environment with the ability to maintain
- Good work ethic.
- Ability to work as part of a team, and as an individual.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to lift and use your abdominal and lower back muscles

Compensation:
