- Efficiently plan workflow, prep materials, and fabricate simple to complex components and assemblies
- Welding – TIG, MIG, CMT, in a variety of positions and materials
- Machining – Set up and operation of manual lathe, manual mill, and measurement tools
- Sheetmetal – Program and operate Waterjet, Lasers, CNC Press Brake, and manual equipment
- Read, interpret, and build to 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, weld symbols and GD&T
- Proactively track, document, and provide direct feedback with clear communication to management, engineers, and other fabricators on design and process improvement, project status and outcomes
- Maintain shop equipment and keep workplace clean and organized
- 5+ years of experience in Fabrication environment
- Proficiency with TIG, MIG, Mill, Lathe, common shop equipment, and a variety of hand tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to develop and present technical information through verbal, email, text, phone, Microsoft Office suite, and other digital communication platforms
- Ability to remain positive and focused in demanding and stressful situations
- Ability to learn and quickly gain proficiency with shop software (waterjet, laser, press brake, CAD)
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as a team with minimal supervision
- Flexible with ability to work overtime on short notice based on strategic needs of the company

$24.40 - $65.40/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
