The Siemens Industry, Inc. in Roebuck, SC is seeking a Machine Operator, CNC Bend Punch in CANS Assembly to be an integral member of a diverse and dynamic team. This person is responsible for the execution and leadership of technology implementations within a very large factory. Digitalization is a primary focus for our operations, and this role is at the front of the effort, delivering capabilities that transform business processes, create value, and develop a more digitally oriented workforce. You will work closely with a cross section of external and internal partners/customers... including manufacturing, technology, engineering, finance, procurement, and business management. Focus is ensuring each technology deployed meets the customer goals.

You will be able to make impact in this position by the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Preparing Can channels for operation of Standard Cans and Standard NEMA.
Working in a team environment.
Working directly with or under the direction of a Group Lead and/or Supervisor.
Working may be verified for correctness.
Working with and has entry level knowledge of ISO/work standards.
Performing other work as directed by Supervision.
Basic Qualifications
Ability to read blueprints and apply math
Must be able to demonstrate use of quality measurements including tape measure, calipers, etc.
Experience on basic welding and basic stamping press machines
Knowledge on Fabrication machines (CNC) will be a plus
Experience operating circular saw and band saw (optional)
Knowledge on SAP Confirmations is a plus
Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language
Must be able to reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs , and push/pull/slide heavy material
Must be able to make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects.
Must be able to stoop, bend, squat, crawl, and climb.
Experience working in Can Assembly.
