Express Sales Representative

GlobeX Leisure and Travel is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Sevierville, TN.

The Express Sales Representative engages with guests who have attended a sales presentation but opted not to purchase a traditional travel membership package, aiming to convert them into purchasing a an Express Membership. Their primary duties include effectively communicating the features, advantages, and benefits of the Express Product in a timely manner. After the Express presentation, the Representative escorts guests to the gifting/check-out area, ensuring a positive experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests following the completion of the primary sales presentation and professionally present the Express Membership Option with the aim of securing a sale

• Communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of the Express Product effectively and promptly after the initial sales presentation by sales consultants.

• Complete all necessary paperwork promptly and accurately when a client chooses to purchase a membership.

• Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.

• Elevates customer service to the highest standards for our clients

• Successfully attains individual and departmental goals and sales quotas

• Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures

• Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the leadership team

Qualifications:

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Intermediate technology proficiency, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite. Must have the ability to learn new applications

• Strong computer data entry and typing skills

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Reliable transportation

• Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Keen visual acuity with specific abilities necessary for effectively carrying out tasks and responsibilities within this role.
