Experienced Veterinary Assistant/Technician

We aren't your typical general practice. We are a privately owned, non-corporate, AAHA accredited small animal and exotic day practice with urgent care and emergency cases.

We are looking for an Experienced Veterinary Assistant/Technician with at least 2 years of experience to add to our team. Duties include (but not limited to): Obtaining patient history and vitals, client education, EMR medical notes, preparing & explaining estimates, running in-house IDEXX lab equipment, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, vaccinations among others. Preference given to applicants that are also bi-lingual in Spanish. Additional skills that are helpful but not required are; anesthetic monitoring, IVC placement, ICU nursing care, O2 cage, CPR, CRI's, blood draws, digital radiology, dentistry including digital radiographs,

Must have excellent communication skills, be a team player and be available to work Saturdays and Sundays. We have a great team and relaxed work environment and some of our staff members have been with us for more than 15 years.
